- Wysa Applications: Wysa’s Android and iOS Native applications installed by the user
- Wysa Web Applications: Web version available for select partners on their browsers over the internet, including web-widgets.
- Wysa Digital Referral Assistant (e-triage):: Web-widget application available for UK NHS Services or select partners on their website over the internet.
Wysa Applications includes but is not limited to Wysa, Everyday Mental Health by Wysa and Sleep by Wysa.

- Wysa Managed:These first-party cookies are used to deliver the Wysa conversations in a highly available and fault tolerant manner. No personal identifiers are stored or collected in these cookies. These cookies are necessary to provide the services.

Other specific use cases where enabled
- During use of Mailchimp: Member email campaigns
We automatically place single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every email sent by our Members. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable us and our Members to recognize when their Contacts have opened an email or clicked certain links. These technologies record each Contact’s email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. We use this data to create reports for our Members about how an email campaign performed and what actions Contacts took. Using first-party and third-party cookies together is standard in the marketing automation industry.” Personal identifiable information will not be stored, but your unique identifier when visiting our sites and landing pages will be stored. - During use of 6Sense WebTag: We use the 6sense WebTag on our websites and landing pages for the purpose of 6Sense providing insights on website visitors. Insights that will help Wysa understand website visitors looking for Wysa and mental health programs. The cookies and tags we collect are a combination of IP address, cookie ID, and advertising ID (from mobile devices where available) from website visitors. You can always delete this data by clearing the cookie from your browser settings. You can find links to common browser cookie settings later in this notice to assist you with managing cookies. 6sense does not de-anonymize at the individual visitor level but only matches the account (company) to which that website visitor belongs.
- During use of Linkedin Ads: We use the LinkedIn Ads, which includes plugins or tags that are covered under LinkedIn services on our websites and landing pages, for the purpose of campaign reporting and gaining valuable insights about visitors interested in Wysa and our mental health programs. When you visit our website, cookies and tags may be collected that contains your URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics (User Agent), and timestamp. However, to protect your privacy, IP addresses are truncated or hashed (when used for reaching members across devices), and members' direct identifiers are removed within seven days to make the data de-identifiable. The data is then deleted within 180 days”. - During use of Taplink: We use Taplink bios link on our social media accounts to direct visitors to Wysa Blogs, download the Wysa app, and access our Share Your Wysa Story online form, which are all covered under Taplink's services on our websites and landing pages. When you access the bios link pages, cookies that will be collected will be your device's IP address. However, this data remains anonymous and cannot be used to personally identify you. You can always delete this data by clearing the cookie from your browser settings. We provide links to common browser cookie settings later in this notice to assist you with managing cookies.
- During use of Vimeo: We use Vimeo to host our marketing video and embed it with the "Vimeo video Player."
