Clinically proven and effective e-triage and whole care pathway support tool built for the NHS
How it works
1Friendly chatbot sits on your website
Chatbot supports visitors to self refer using engaging, easy to understand conversation
2User submits brief demographic details
Includes built in address and GP finder, and signposting for ineligible referrals
3Data securely transferred into your EPR via API
Secure data transfer to your Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Data resides at places where your admins and clinicians expect it to be within EPR
4Local service review
Service reviews self referral details and either accepts or rejects the referral
5User submits clinical information about symptoms
User then completes a clinical assessment, progressing at their own pace, engaging with self care exercises along the way supported by our engaging chatbot
6Clinical data integrated into your EPR, including built in risk flagging
Clinical contact is created directly within your EPR, where data fields exist. This includes risk flagging and a clinical summary
7Clinician reviews data including a comprehensive summary
Comprehensive summary provided so that clinicians can review key issues quickly and easily prior to appointment
8Wysa provides continuous app support whilst through care pathway
24/7 conversational care including access to therapeutic self help exercises, daily check-ins, and clinical outcome monitoring during waits, treatment and post discharge
The benefits
AI-based triaging that delivers benefits for patients, clinicians, and services
Increased patient choice
Chat based, engaging digital front door instead of static online forms, telephone or paper based referrals
Releases clinician time to care
Clinical digital e-triage takes approx 20 minutes and releases this time for clinicians to focus on key issues faced by patients
Provides immediate signposting
For crisis, signpost to services and organisations which target issues that may otherwise hinder recovery, eg. housing, debt, or relationships

"Felt positive, encouraging"
"Hello. I referred myself as instructed by my GP. This time I used Wysa for the referral, which didn’t exist before and it made so much difference to the experience of making a referral. It felt like a positive, encouraging experience rather than a draining, exhausting one like it was last time"
